    Curriculum

    The 123-credit Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management program includes:

    • 18 hospitality management credits
    • 30 food and beverage core credits
    • 15 business core credits, and
    • 60 general education credits

    You will get an ideal mix of in-depth service management, business, and liberal arts courses with a strong food and beverage core unique to CIA.

    The curriculum features a semester-long internship experience, as well as optional, specialized study concentrations in key hospitality industry segments.

    • A high school diploma or GED credential.
    • This program is offered for in-person, full-time study at CIA’s New York campus.
