Brandon Walker came to the CIA on the advice of a high school teacher. Once enrolled, he took advantage of everything the CIA had to offer beyond the kitchens and lecture halls. With his bachelor’s degree in management in hand, the Brooklyn, NY native set down roots just a few miles from campus. Essie’s is just the first concept in what he is building into a multi-restaurant group. Watch his story:
